
Product Overview
SR-7 μm is designed for fine lapping of silicon nitride ceramic substrates. It delivers stable performance, high removal rate, and excellent surface quality, with surface roughness controlled at 0.03–0.05 μm. After lapping, it achieves excellent warp and TTV performance, together with a shallow surface damage layer. Particle size can be customized upon request.
